Frequently
Asked Questions:
(Q)
What
do you mean by 4 color process or CMYK?
(A)
Every full color (color picture or photograph) job that is
printed is printed using a four color process.
Every picture is reproduced using a percentage of the CMYK colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black).
(Q)
What file formats do you accept?
(A)
You can send your digital file as a JPEG, TIFF, EPS or PSD extension.
Please Note: All files should be converted to CMYK; we recommend that you design
the job at 300dpi
(Q)
How can I submit my digital artwork?
(A)
You can send us a zip disk, CD or you can send us the file as an E-mail
attachment(do not e-mail the files if they are over 2 Megs). Since some
E-mails can become corrupted, we suggest that you compress the files using
WIN-ZIP or Stuffit or that you upload the files directly onto our FTP
site (call for FTP information)
 (Q)
Are there any guidelines that I should follow if I am sending you
a zip disk with the artwork?
 (A)
Along with your disk, you should send a hardcopy of your work. If you
are sending a QuarkXPress or Pagemaker file, you should convert all fonts
to outlines (or curves). If you are not sending the file as a JPEG or
TIFF, you should include all fonts that were used for the job.
(Q)
How should I size the document?
(A)
All files should be sized according to the dimensions stated on our website.
You should leave 1/8" bleed on all sides of the file for cutting (do not
put have any important text within 1/8" of the edge). If you have
any questions about the dimensions, refer to the product on the website.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at (813) 980-6670.
(Q)
How
can I pay for my order?
(A)
All orders must be prepaid. In order for us to process your order promptly,
you can pay with Cashiers Check or a Money Order. We also accept Company
Checks and Credit Cards (Credit Card orders might be subject to a service
charge). For more information, please contact a sales representative.
